- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give it a negative star, I would. Terrible customer service. So disappointed in the lack of service I received. Harris County reps are not as bad as the person I had the displeasure of encountering. So much for “small town” feel and service by people who care. Definitely not the case at the tax building. Maybe some of the folks from the Waller appraisal tax office could teach them a few lessons on what it means to help the citizens out when they need it as they are always so helpful. Classes in customer service are definitely needed at the "tags & plates" building.By Vickie Irvine, January 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this location two days in a row, the lady named Brianna gave me a hard time when I wanted to register my vehicle. She did not want to help in any way, I went to another Tax Office and they absolutely helped me and got my vehicle registered ! This lady should not be working in the front as her customer service is horrible ! Leave your problems at home people !!
